Lindsay Lohan Films Ad While Under House Arrest

It appears that Linsay Lohan isn’t about to let a little ol’ thing like being under house arrest stop her from making money.

Whilst being house-bound for being, well, a train-wreck and a half, the actress has managed to keep working, starring in a low-budget commercial for an Internet auction site called Beezid.com.

In the commercial, which was filmed in Lohan’s Venice Beach house, the actress appears sitting on her leather lounge wearing a very demure white blouse, black trousers and a large necklace. With her ankle monitor out of sight, Lindsay smiles and tells the world just how much she loves Beezid.com- though why wouldn’t she, when they reportedly gave her $10,000 credit to use on the site?

“Hey, all my friends,” she says in the commercial. ”I just wanted to share with you that during some of my time at home, I found this amazing site with great deals: It’s called Beezid.com.”

Hmm. Whilst Lohan may have a lot of spare time on her hands now- after being sentenced to home arrest after pleading no contest to taking a $2,500 necklace from a Los Angeles boutique- it does seem quite doubtful that she just ‘happened‘ to find this site and decided to do an ad for them. This could have something to do with the fact that she was paid for it and, according to TMZ, she refused the $25,000 she was initially offered to do the ad before she “eventually came to terms for an undisclosed amount”.

Lohan began serving her sentence on May 26 2011 and is expected to complete her sentence by July. Be sure to check out her ad here.
